The Newborn Experience

I offer in-home, lifestyle sessions for newborns, meaning a lot of the moments documented have probably already happened before I arrived. Soothing baby to sleep, big brother giving his newest little sister a kiss, feeding, changing, the list goes on and on. We will mix polished portraits of your growing family with real genuine moments so you always remember the newborn bubble. 
I recommend your newborn session to be within the first few weeks of your baby's life. We will schedule a date based on your due date and adjust accordingly as we get closer to time if needed.

1. Say Hello

After reviewing your message, I  will reach out with any additional questions and we can work on scheduling your session. Newborn sessions are usually scheduled for 2-4 weeks after due date. This can be adjusted closer to time. Once we have chosen a date, I will send you a booking link with a contract and an invoice for a deposit.  

2. Schedule it

After you contract is signed and invoice is paid, I will send over a questionnaire to get to know your family better. This is optional to fill out, but highly encouraged as it  helps me get a better understanding of what is important to you! I  will also send over an email with details about your session including outfit guides and what to expect!

3. Planning it

Now it's time for the fun part! Remember, these are called lifestyle sessions, so just like life, its okay if things get a little crazy. We will be sure to get the polished portraits as well as sweet candid shots. Sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on family size and how baby is doing, etc. We can take breaks, baby can be fed, changed, or rocked to sleep -- this is what its all about! Your real life! Whatever is needed, we will have no reason to rush.

4. Your Session

Your gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks from your session date. All images will be uploaded to an online gallery and sent to your email. There you will be able to view and download all images.
